Engico has an its own after-sale service team, consisting of engineers and qualified mechanics and electronics. Two offices are merely committed to the customer follow up and support. Two sparerooms addressed to mechanical and one to electrical-electronical spares are also available for any need, enabling thus for any spare to be shipped in the same day of the customer's request with delivery the day after.

All Engico units are then equipped with Remote Control Technology, which assures a direct first aid to the customer through a prompt connection from the Engico service offices to the machine control modules by our engineers.
